Henna is a form of body art from Ancient India, in which decorative designs are created on a person's body, using a paste, created from the powdered dry leaves of the henna plant (Lawsonia inermis). Ancient in origin, henna is still a popular form of body art among the women of the Indian Subcontinent, Africa and the Middle East and recently it has become popular among western culture. In this class students will learn how to draw & apply henna designs, instead of body parts lessons are given on paper or canvas. once you are trained enough you will be able to apply it on skin directly.
Dinni is teaching this art form in her online classes on different objects like candles and wood besides canvas. When you sign up for this medium, you will select one type of base to learn this art form on ( Canvas/ wood/ Candle). This class is for students 10 and older. Once you are signed up and scheduled all you need is paper, pencils, eraser, sharpener one base (canvas/wood/candle) and henna cone along with video chat capable device for virtual classes. If you want us to provide material you will have to buy that separately and pick it up. For shipping options give us a call to place an order
