In-Person classes are now available again at our new location in Glen Head, New York.
You can create your own schedule or select a class of your choice.
Step by step instructions given both in our in person classes and in our virtual classes.
For virtual classes, you will download an app (zoom.us) we will send you the link to connect. You are required to have a smart phone or tablet and a wifi connection at the time of the class.
