- $375 Advance required by 3/27/18 7pm to book and hold the date.
- Date: March 15 2018 for total 2 hours
- 6pm to 7pm (25 guests)
- 7:30pm to 8:30pm (25 Guest)
- If more than 25 guests show up each session, there will be $15 per head charge for each extra guests and payment will be due the same time.
- Number of guest per session should not exceed 30.
- Remaining balance $375 is due on March 15 2017 by 5:30pm before the event starts
Please read the Policies below before making the payment:
- If the remaining payment is not received at the time its due event will be cancelled and no refund for the advance will be provided.
- Pictures taken during event will be used for advertisement.
- Incase of any emergency, 911 call will be activated at the guests expense. Host and guests will deal with ambulance and financial matter related at individual level. We don't take any responsibilities.
- Must select the painting before booking.
- One hour paintings are usually simple with very less details solely because of the time constrains, Two hour paintings have details and 3 hour painting have more details.
- We have no refund policy.
