In these sessions you will work with art material and create abstract artwork like mandalas or Neuro lines and learn how to do self-art therapy to release your chronic pain and stress. Creating mandala represents connection between inner world and outer reality. Neuro lines which are meant to enable the connection between conscious and subconscious mind. In these sessions you will learn simple techniques which can be used as self-art therapy which can help your mind to replace chronic pain and stress with creativity.
Each session is 2 hours in duration
Expect 1 to 8 students at a time
